Non-Warranty Projector Evaluation Fee: MCP Customers: $150 plus return freight Non-MCP Customers: $200 plus return freight Repair Lead Time: 2 Weeks* after projector is received at MCP (*Projector repair lead times could be 3-6 weeks dependent on parts availability from InFocus) To receive service on a non-warranty InFocus or ASK/Proxima projector, please complete the MCP Non-Warranty Projector Repair Request Form below.
