To receive warranty repair service for an InFocus or ASK/Proxima projector, please contact the InFocus Customer Contact Center using the toll free number.

An InFocus customer service representative will help troubleshoot the issue and provide an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number) should the unit need to be repaired at the Factory Repair Center. Average turnaround time for repair is ten days. Customer Contact Center hours are 6:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT (subject to change).
