Guaranteed Performance Service Program
Midwest Computer Products, Inc. (MCP) guarantees that a protected meeting/classroom with a mounted projector and integrated A/V system will not be out of service for more than 1 business day due to component, connection, or projector failure: MCP will be on site on or before the next business day (calls before 2:00pm) to diagnose the cause of failure, remove the defective component and install a new or serviceable (like or better) loaner piece of equipment for the period of time the original equipment is undergoing repair or manufacturer replacement. Manufacturer’s warranty will determine replacement or repair of original equipment. If the original equipment is no longer covered by the manufacturers warranty the customer will be billed the current MCP price or repair cost for the replacement equipment. MCP will reinstall the customer’s original equipment and remove the loaner equipment when the repaired or replaced equipment is available. Guaranteed Performance Service: $599.00/year
