Your projectors need to have at a minimum, yearly preventative maintenance. Without it, you run the risk of having your projector FAIL DURING YOUR PRESENTATION, or worse yet, damage the projector due to overheating and INCUR EXPENSIVE REPAIR COSTS, as well as the LOSS OF USE of the projector while it is being serviced.

The average cost of out of warranty projector repair exceeds $1,000.00 plus the added inconvenience of being without the projector.

Most major projector manufacturers encourage projector maintenance to be done by authorized sources. Here are quotes from the manufacturer user manuals for the current popular models:

"The air filter should be cleaned as described in intervals of approximately 100 hours."
"This product contains no user serviceable parts. Attempts to modify mechanics or electronics inside the housing will violate any warranties and may be hazardous."
