GUARANTEE
All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, please call or email the Customer Service department for an authorization to return the product (credit card transaction fees or restocking charges may apply). No product will be accepted without a proper return authorization number.

PRICES
All pricing are subject to change. Midwest Computer Products, Inc., reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements.

DELIVERY AGREEMENT

The parties agree that all products ordered by customer from Midwest Computer Products, Inc. shall be delivered F.O.B. Midwest. Midwest will arrange for common carrier transportation of the products to customer. All risk of loss and title to such products shall pass to customer upon delivery thereof to the common carrier. Customer will pay Midwest for all such delivery, transportation costs and any handling of the products in connection therewith within 20 days after Midwest’s delivery of an invoice to customer. Midwest reserves the right to withhold any and all deliveries in the event customer fails to pay any invoice for the products, has any outstanding invoices with Midwest, or in the event Midwest has reason to believe customer does not have the financial ability to pay any future invoice when due. The parties further agree that the foregoing delivery terms represent an agreement that is separate and apart from the sale of any products to customer.

REMANUFACTURED OR REFURBISHED PRODUCTS
Non–new, remanufactured or refurbished products are not eligible for exchange if they are Defective* or DOA**. They are eligible for factory repairs only. You may contact the Customer Service Department at 1-888-864-3937, or the manufacturer for repair options.

*Defective means: Any product that fails to meet the factory specifications determined by the manufacturer. **DOA means: Dead on arrival. Product will not power up.

MANUFACTURER PIXEL POLICIES
Please know that our suppliers only provide us with their highest quality units available. On occasion a projector may have 1 (one) or more “Off” or “Out” pixels, also referred to as “Bad” pixels. It is industry standard to allow for a few “Bad” pixels on an LCD technology. The actual placement and number of “Bad” pixels allowed varies by manufacturer. The issue of “Bad” pixels does not qualify a projector, LCD, or any other like product for replacement as a “Defective” or “DOA” unit, but may be returned to the manufacturer for their evaluation; their decision is final in each of these cases. We apologize for any inconvenience the manufacturer’s policies may cause.

LAW AND VENUE
Midwest Computer Products, Inc. sales invoices shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Venue for any legal disputes shall be the state of Illinois.
